~ I wonder if this is a problem in other cities as well. It helps me to  read 
this, since Brooklyn is even bigger, and harder to cover and we have  even 
fewer FT private-practice LCs. I admit I often look at Manhattan and  think it 
must be so much better there. (The grass is greener on the other side  of the 
river?)  The gaping holes in being able to meet the needs are huge,  and as you 
said, burn-out is an real challenge. Do those working in  other cities 
experience the same issues?
