Steve Case's representative on AOL wrote back to me after I complained about
banning the word breast. He explained that he was trying to clean up member
profiles. They are giving every affected member 5 free hours as an apology.

I understood better what the problem is/was. I tutor in the Academy on AOL.
I have encountered 4 or 5 very leud individuals because part of my
professional profile says "lactation...". There is a group (40 or 50) of
individuals that have a lactation fetish and occasionally ask for tutoring
in breastfeeding, lactation... You can imagine the comments, questions...
most are men and I report all of them. The AOL Terms of Service is a tight
one and they are usually booted out of AOL. Keeps things relatively quiet.
In any case, though AOL repented and should have repented, I now understand
their problem.
