I have no great insights, but I do want to ask more about those "explosive"
poops.  Have you seen one, and are they stools of substance, or are they
actually diarrhea?

( It may be no problem at all, but I can't help remembering that when my son
was an infant, I reported that he pooped with every feeding and it was
green.  I didn't know how to describe it as diarrhea, and that kept us from
getting an accurate diagnosis for weeks.)
