I missed out on the ILCA conference and so didn't get a "belly ball" set,
but just the other day I was at the craft store getting a "citrus set" as
object lessons for my upcoming class on sizing pregnant uteri for a nurse
practitioner course.  While there I found a wonderful bag of "jewels"
--acrylic "sparkling gems" that seem to be about the right size for
comparison.  These are clear and golden in color and to me represent the
"liquid gold" of colostrums.  I've thought of finding a luminescent globe
the size of a pingpong ball for the 10 day.  The same store had wonderful
little cloth gift bags with a tie made of translucent polyester fabric that
contains them nicely.  I'll have them to pass around in the spring when I
teach the ob nursing course for the junior students.
