I have a patient who is definitely allergic to cow's milk.  The school
provides milk free of charge to the students; however, any student who
required a drink substitute had to drink orange juice which the school would
charge .30 cents each time!  I, of course, wrote the obligatory letter on my
patient's behalf so they would not charge him.  I realize that .30 cents is
not a big sum but it does add up and it is the principle of the matter too.
Something is going on here, eh?  Milk is free but OJ costs.
