In a message dated 97-11-11 18:06:20 EST, you write:

>Anorexia and Bulimia Nervosa are types of addictions: food addictions.
>It is very difficult to get rid of this addiction. An alcohol or drug
>addicted person can get rid of the addiction by staying away of alcohol
>or drugs, but for as food addicted person it isn't possible to recover
>by such a rigorous appraoch.

Annelies Bon & Netters,

Just a reminder that all the above are addictions and each can be put into
remission through their individual 12-step programs. There are over 50,
12-step programs today for various addictions. You might have the addiction
for life, but as long as you attend the meetings and work the 12-steps, you
can keep your addiction in remission for life.
