I can't help with support for feeding but the parents may appreciate being 
put in touch with the following organisations.

Apparently the organisation has a good newsletter and MCAD is certainly 
contained in the family stories.

www.mitoaction.org
Mito Action has a teleconference for those with new diagnosis (or their 
parents), usually the second Friday of the month, although I think it's the 
3rd Friday in June due to a public holiday.

www.umdf.org
