Hi,
I don't  say growth spurts. I do tell Mom -- expect that as soon as they have 'somewhat' of a routine the 
feeding patterns may change and days when the baby will feed more frequently.  I tell her typically she may notice 
this around 3 weeks and 6 weeks. But feeding patterns and frequency are different for all. I also tell her to

Many moms  have heard of 'growth spurts' or read it.  A mom was just telling me that she read the growth spurts 
are every 10 days during the first 6 weeks?  I had not heard that, I always had heard 3wks & 6 wks.
