I am HYSTERICAL - today NPR reported on Honduras:

A translator was stating that the people were getting "everything" from the
donations - while the voice I heard said "new things" - but later on the
translator said "before, all our children got was breastmilk"  (I guess
they're now better off with out-of date (almost) donated-for-tax-break
formula!!!!

I am FURIOUS....
