There was recent discussion of nausea during breastfeeding being caused by
hunger (low blood sugar) and eating often helps.  Sleepiness could be the
mother getting a prolactin surge during pumping and relaxing to the point of
sleepiness because of exhaustion.  Dizziness, no ideas.  Next????
