I have been using Fenugreek for some of my mom's as I learned here on lactnet and from reading. Am finding that some  say it just doesn't work for them.
 I also read here that some of you use the combination of Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle, would any of you be kind enough to e-mail me privatley with the amounts you give.
 I have also been feeling rather frustrated lately with 3 or 4 mothers who have had PIH or HELLP and never have gotten a milk supply, if anyone would like to share their experinces with this I would grealty appreciate it. What do you do first for these mothers when you know they will have problems establishing a milk supply.
