I couldn't agree more.  In the US, I believe the blasting power would
successfully come from litigation.  If doctors/hospitals start to worry about
legal liability for their recommendations (or lack thereof) then they will
change.  If they start to suffer for actions that effect a baby's access or
consumption of human milk with short and long-term health consequences then
they will react.

Any attorneys out there interested in starting a foundation for litigating
damages suffered by children who didn't receive human milk?  Maybe those
attoreys who are hitting the fast food restaurants would be good....
