Couldn't the milk be pasteurized if it's quality is in question? Provided the caregivers have access to a means to heat treat it.

Re the aftermath of a storm: Sadly, several deaths come from fallen trees, falling onto people directly, onto cars, onto homes. It is
dangerous to remain in the path of a major storm, and it is dangerous to remain in the area in the early days and weeks after-
wards also. Many deaths will come from the improper use or improper ventilation of generators. They must not be used indoors
and without ventilation. My family has personal experience with the death of someone after Hurricane Katrina in this way (a friend).
There were many of these such deaths -- such a tragedy, after surviving the actual storm.

Friends, please heed the warnings.
