I must say that I for one supported Melissa's decision,
(actually I suggessted it), for her to insist that the mom seek
further testing with a second opinion or decline to see the mom
at all.  This baby has the potentioal for serious problems and
if she refuses to seek further help for her self and her baby
then it is her and her husbands decision. Melisa did all she
could and offered her contact with an IBCLC which she refused.
We cannot help those who do not wish our help.
