Penny Lane's reply to Brenda's query reflects my opinions, too.  I also
developed my own forms and print them off my computer as needed.  They
are actually shortened forms from my home health experience.  I did not
want to get bogged down in paperwork, but still document accurately.  I
had not heard of any software suited to this purpose.
