PROFESSIONALS  WE HAVE HERE "!!!!!!!  It is such a wonderful learning
experience to read the many issues everyone is dealing with, the insights,
references to articles, personal experience, and also the freedom to share
information and know you aren't going to be blasted with verbal garbage.
