I have seen a mom use these. She had a copious supply and lots of flowing milk while baby nursed on the other breast. Later I read somewhere that dripped milk had a different composition that pumped milk or milk directly taken from the breast by the baby. Can't tell you a reference. Does anyone remember this research? Maybe it's mostly foremilk?
