Well, I would not give Nasalcrom the endorsement that it "works really well."
It actually takes several weeks to see if it going to help and it probably
"works really well" in a small percent of people (e.g. around 10%) based on my
experience.  It is totally safe which why it is worth a try but don't bet the
farm on it!  <g>
