Wouldn't it be unusual for both twins to have this dysphagia? Are they 
boy/girl twins, I couldn't tell by their names? When I worked nicu, we did 
swallowing studies on very young infants, as I recall. It sounds like 
oversupply/OAMER is a major factor and possibly positioning issues.  I would 
want some other opinions.
