Hi all, 

For anyone who has worked with a client diagnosed with Sjogren Syndrome - did these mothers have normal breast tissue or did they exhibit symptoms of IGT or abnormal breast tissue? 

Also for those who were assisting when the mother had low milk supply: what did you recommend, what helped, what didn't make a difference, was the mother ever able to achieve full milk supply?
