Oh, yes, I've heard of it.  It wasn't the day care worker, however, that was
breastfeeding the baby, it was another parent and it was one time, not on an
ongoing basis.  There was a brief article in the Washington Post recently,
but I cannot find it on the web site.  It wasn't specifically about this
bill, but about crazy things that are brought up for legislation.

I believe (at least according to my local rag) that it was "killed" (or
whatever they call it) when it was brought up for discussion on the floor.
