Hi Jeanette,
First, I'm not sure that 2 weeks is even enough.  In my experience, once
the yeast has been present for more than just a short while (assuming quite
a while due to all the things tried) it takes a good 3 weeks to completely
clear.

Perhaps, knowing the situation, the MD could request samples from the drug
rep?
