Debbie,

You mentioned “gentle and thorough breast massage.”  I’ve been doing more reading on this topic, and practicing this at work. I’ve viewed the Russian Breast Massage video several times. And I like the idea of stroking backwards lightly, instead of forward, for relieving engorgement. 

Do you have a favorite technique, video, article about this? What is the length of time that you find productive?
