Clean catch milk cultures. Possibly baby nasopharynx cultures as well.
Lymphatic breast massage every day. Probiotics each day. Manage oversupply
if applicable. Correct anemia if applicable. Possible low dose antibiotics.
If bacterial cause/ treatment not found, biopsy.
