Our granddaughter uses the Breastflow when drinking ebm and has done so since my daughter went back to work at 6 weeks ppm. I've noticed that if she is using another bottle nipple (Dr. Brown or some such one), she's done in 5 min. With the breast flow, she has to work harder and her sucking needs get met.. with the others she's done so fast, she's looking for more to eat. (the others are also apparently slow flow). She also seems to have to flange her lips more and use her tongue. It does not work for babies that have any tongue tie.
