One simple thing you can do to avoid viruses: NEVER,
NEVER open a file/read a message from a sender or
address you do not recognize!  Also, NEVER forward
ANYTHING from an unknown sender; you risk infecting
the files of everyone in your address book.

Secondly, ANYONE who uses the internet is at risk for
viruses...your address is out there!  Get a good,
reliable virus protector and install a "firewall" in
your computer if that is not enough.
