In the archives and I've found only the generality that non-RN LCs usually
make less than their RN counterparts.
I'm wondering what current salaries non-RN hospital LCs are making.
I'll summarize and post, if people will respond.

Could a lot of people please let me know:
*	how many deliveries/yr in your hospital
*	what % of mothers initiate breastfeeding
*	your $/hour or salary/year
*	how many paid hours you work (not how much extra time you give
because you love your job, but what you're actually hired to work).

ILCA recently advised my partner, by the way, that about half of hospital
LCs are non-RNs.
Does this accord with your experience?
Thanks!

Ann Lown, St. Vincent Hospital, Santa Fe, NM
