Thank you!  We have been doing that, however if you saw her nipples 
yesterday you would understand why that is not working well.  I am hoping 
her swelling has gone down a bit overnight with frequent expression and cold 
compresses.  I am a big fan of finishing at the breast, especially with a very 
hungry and inpatient infant.  I have seen on many occasions a mom and baby 
who have benefitted from this practice.  I'm so happy that others are doing 
this as well.  However, currently mom and baby are loving using the cup, so I 
don't see the difference in the method by administration.  It is the idea that 
this will "take the edge off" so that she is content to slow suck with mom.
