Dear Chris,

This is purely anectodal, but having not nursed for about 15 years now, I still have a secretion coming from the nipple pores of both breasts.  It is white or yellow-white in color and very thick - I usually notice it after towelling off after my shower.  I believe we've had this thread several times before and many women seem to continue producing milk or a milk-like substance for many years after weaning, maybe indefinitely.
