Nothing happens with the milk. There is no need to take any special
precautions, the milk will not irradiate anything around it. We are talking
about low activity. If there were any problem, the mother should be
isolated because she has the isotope inside her body.

We are talking about ver short lived isotopes here, and very low activity.
There is no need for concern.
