Resume BF now :) I pumped/dumped 8 years ago for this same med - Levoquin (Levofloxacin) - and found out soon after that I didn't need to have put us all thru the stress.  Wasn't necessary to pump/dump.  My Hale's is at home, but I am certain this med is OK, just watch for baby having stomach issues/diarrhea.
