  I think that another one of the differences is the population and the
culture...


   - i recall spending time with a colleague from another state...we often
were in each other's home's and offices.... we consulted together and talked
for hours about the methods we used and why... one of the most fastinating
things was our differences in approaches... the realization was that the
differences in our populations was the determining factor in our approaches
to their situations.  -
