My opinion with my WIC clients drinking the milk drink for making more 
milk that Mexican mothers swear by, is that it merely increases their 
nutrition or protein intake, which in turn increases their milk supply. 
I also think it works on the brain, too. If you believe it is going to 
make more milk, it does, you know placebo effect or something.
