"The chemo regimen that I was
receiving was FAC which stands for 5FU / Adriamycin / Cytoxan. I just finished
my 6th cycle two weeks ago. I am also receiving shots of PROCRIT every week to
keep up my counts. Look forward to hearing back from you. Please let me know
if you need any additional information."

Thanks to everyone who is responding. The mother emailed me with her exact regime. I have looked them up in Hale's book. They are all D for pregancy, one is X for the 3rd trimester. She will deliver around the 12th of this month. Her last treatment was 2 weeks ago. 5FU is rapidly cleared by the liver but two long half-life metabolites (FdUMP, and FUTP) are formed. The half lives are unknown. Adriamycin has a half life of 30 hours and Cytoxan's half life is 7.5 hours. Due to the 5FU being unknown I am sure mom will be worried dispite the X risk rating in 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Also email me at my private email, otherwise it could be a while until I get to all of the Listserve info. I am slow at keeping up.
