Hello Lactnet,

I have a client that it appears is having an allergic reaction to her baby's saliva. An irritating rash appears just on the areola - we have ruled out bacteria or thrush as the source. Baby has developed teeth recently and bit mom - where the bite occurred she developed welts. Mom is treating symptoms with a vitamin E cream. Has anyone come across this before? should I be advising anything else?
Thanks!
