It is also illegal per the US federal courts. A professional association of compounding pharmacies can't decide what is legal.

There has been much confusion in this community about what "off-label" means. A drug has to have a label for prescription to be off-label. Never having been approved for any use in the US, domperidone has no approved label so no "off-label" prescription.
