Has anyone worked with a mom who had a sebaceous cyst on the shaft of the nipple or seen something that looked like a sebaceous cyst and was not? I need help troubleshooting what a lump on the side of a mom's nipple indicates and to determine the best treatment for her.

Baby does have a very tight maxillary labial frenulum and the cyst is in the place near where the upper gums latch onto the breast but mom denies any damage before the cyst appeared.

If you have seen a cyst on the side of a nipple and successfully had it resolve, could you e-mail me at [log in to unmask] so I can share more information and possibly get more suggestions?
