AB 1025 Lactation Bill(Frommer)  has been passed!
This California bill requires employers to provide a resonable amount of
break time to employees desiring to express breast milk.  It should run
concurrently  with break time however if this is not possible then the
employee will be given unpaid time to express.  Employers are also required
to provide the use of a room, or other location, other than a toilet stall,
in close proximity to the employees' work area.  The only exemption is
SERIOUS disruption of operations. This bill has been signed and should take
