Dear listmates,
This is an appeal for a dear friend and her beautiful baby, Katie.  Katie has
Down's Syndrome and weight gain has been a struggle.  She needs heart surgery but
is not a canidate until she reaches 12 pounds.  Mom is nursing and supplementing
with hindmilk but Katie has been a steady 2 ounce a week gainer.  She is doing
tricks already like rolling over at the ripe old age of 4 months.  Mom is looking
for anybody experienced either personally or professionally who would be willing
to correspond with her electronically.  Her name is Annie and has asked me to
post as she is not on this list.  She is an incredibly gentle but strong spirit
