I am sory a bit behind on my posts. Picking p on this thread. If i read the
others maybe someone has already said this. NO, NO and no. Fenugreek is a
known emnmenagogue as wwell as a galctagogue. It can stimulate uterine
contrations. This is not always in the current literature- but has benn
written of in ancient literature- Greek and egyptian - yes i found out
through modern lit. The same goes for goat' rue.

It is possible to use this during the last two weeks of pregnancy only.
First i would check psoitioning on the infant after birth.

During the pregancy these herbs really help nutritionally and with the
development of breast tissue during this pregnancy. They can also be taken
after the baby is born. Red Raspberry tea- get the real stuff not celestial
seasonings or store brands they only have flavorings with other stuff. 3
cps 3 times daily or she can drink a quart of tea a day. Stinging Nettle, 2
caps 3x daily, great for the mid tirmester iron drop due to expanded blood
volume. High in calcium , iron, folic acid and vitamins a& c.

The last of these is Alfalfa capsules you can take up to 8 or 9 per day.
need to start slowly and work up to this. this can also cause som loose
bowels. When you reach this point it is too much just cut back. Do not take
alfalfa for 5 days post partum due to the fact it can increase milk and
cause major engorgement. Alfalfa is full of many nutrients and seems to
help proliferate tissue growth o the breast- i asssume due to the phyto
estrogenic compounds.

Goat's rue and fenugreek , een lactuca virosa can be added in after the baby
is born.

Hope this helps.
