Now.....that's funny 'cos I do the exact opposite!

I want mothers to learn they can eat and drink (more or less) what 
they like and  their breastfeeding will  be just fine.

I have a list of 'which things will help you breastfeed your baby?' 
and on it is a load of stuff I know they will hear, but for which 
there is no real evidence.  'Nutritious diet' is one of them, and so 
is  'extra fluids'  :)

I don't really want mothers worrying if they 'can' or 'can't' have 
something (though they need to know they may feel thirstier when bf, 
probably) or thinking they can't breastfeed because their diet is 
inadequate.
