Thanks, Tricia. I'd be very, very suspicious .

People working on the ground will know how accurate the figures 
'feel'. 38 per cent exclusive breastfeeding at 6 months is phenomenal 
- ***18 times***  better than Norway where it is 2.1 per cent 
(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20576199).   Come on.......! :) 
No formula, no solids......really?

Sorry - I know you guys in the US are working very hard to boost your 
stats, but do these figures feel right to you?

I think this is a very serious issue. Data collection is the only way 
of knowing how well we are doing, and if it is not accurate, yet 
presented as a wonderful achievement, then research suffers and 
ultimately, mothers andf babies suffer
