although i do blather on, i must say tht barbara is right about taking what
we can use from the sort of conference i went to last week. i want to add in
sort of summary that the most important thing i might mention in brief about
MMP's work is that i think we in lactation need to know much more about the
difference between sensory and motor problems relating to feeding and that
she is apparently a lonely voice crying in the wilderness about the
relationship of nicu practices and later feeding disorders. and since we are
often the ones who see these results and do the "mopping up activities," this
is really important.
