I have had a request from a mother who is trying to resolve chronic thrush.
She has tried the nystatin suspension for baby and topical mycostatin for
self with no improvement. Has tried gv with some improvement in nipples but
none in baby's mouth and other topical anti-fungals . Have recommended
diflucan for mother and baby. The mother requested information on nystatin
powder for baby. I am not familiar with this and would appreciate comments.
I am not sure it is even available in Canada.
