The Hospital for Sick Children talks the good talk, but when it comes
down to it, would flunk BFHI hands down.  Everyone is for
breastfeeding there, until...it impinges on their territory.  Then,
you can't breastfeed a baby with CF; you can't breastfeeding after 6
hours before surgery; you can't start to breastfeed a premature baby
until he's x grams weight; you can't breastfeed a baby with a cardiac
problem.  And I won't go on.
