One of our moms has been told by her townhouse association that they have an
ordinance against breastfeeding by the pool.  The reason she was given was
that a 7 year old saw someone breastfeed by the pool last year and "freaked
out", so now they won't allow it.  This is in Lake County, Illinois. I am
wondering if any of you know if she has any legal recourse.  She told them
about a Federal ordinance and said that they pretty much laughed in her face,
saying that that only applied to Federal buildings.  Thanks,
