Actually...They could refuse to serve Hispanics, or Asians or caucasions or
whomever they choose. That's not to say it wouldn't be challenged in court
if some attorney and the media got ahold of it. The fact that the owner is
even more blatant about it than he would be if it were a racial refusal of
service is what galls me.

Since this is a women's and children's issue it makes me sad to say that in
Texas, (home of the good ol' boy legal system) THIS will probably never get
to court. I hope it does!

Huh? Any reason?

Could they refuse service to Hispanics? I think not. They can't pick and
choose laws. This is ridiculous. Either the law protects breastfeeding women
and their babies or it doesn't.
