Might I gently suggest that every IBCLC go read principle 25 of the IBLCE
Code of Ethics before she starts letting copies of journal articles -- even
excellent ones -- go flying through cyberspace.

If you aren't an IBCLC, you should still go read it, as the intellectual
property law concepts described therein are the law of the land where you
live,too.  You just don't have the distinction of having your certification
put at risk for your failure to respect the law.
