Anyone have any information about the use of alfalfa supplements in nursing
moms??  This mom was considering taking it for two reasons:  one is that she
has environmental allergies and heard it could help and secondly read
testimonials that alfalfa supplements could help with eczema.  Her infant
has eczema (and is exclusively breastfed).

Any thoughts??
