Thanks to all who responded so quickly.  It did turn out to be that I
could only get on via MS Explorer, not Netscape.  I was trying at work,
but have had the same problem at home.  I can see why my son the
"computer geek" wants nothing to do with MS.  (I have a cute joke about
Bill Gates at the Pearly Gates-I will pass it on privately if you're
interested-just e-mail me.)
Our computer setup at work went to Exp. for their website and it comes
up first if I try to click on a URL in a message, but I can go directly
to Nets. if I prefer.  I don't feel like changing all my lactation
bookmarks to another system.
